About Me

With experience in high-pace agency environments creating best-in-class user experiences, I provide strategic direction for all aspects of the user experience, from UX strategy through UX/UI design and development. In my current role I partner with brand strategists, creatives, developers, and clients to understand business objectives, user goals, technical platforms and their capabilities, and translate my findings into roadmaps for developing user-centric experiences that stay true to clients’ brands.



Associate Director,UX

  • Set direction of digital products for clients based on audience-understanding, business goals, and opportunities for creative differentiation
  • Establish processes that ensure the integrity of user-centered design principles; facilitate the creative team’s adoption of methodologies and tools that yield best-in-class user experiences
  • Collaborate with brand strategists to conduct stakeholder interviews to author UX briefs that outline personas, consider the user/buyer journey, identify and prioritize primary user goals, pain points, behavior patterns, and develop features and functions roadmaps that align to user research
  • Manage workflows, timelines, and budgets for UX deliverables for gyro North America; help to architect projects and assign to appropriate UX resources; regularly review deliverables to ensure consistent quality
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions with creative teams to help identify opportunities, and frame ideas in a technical context
  • Establish design systems based on atomic design principles for large corporate clients to help them retain visual consistency throughout all user touch points in their digital ecosystem
  • Collaborate with, UX engineers, strategists, UX/UI designers, and the VP of Digital integration to create a formal UX process that ensures consistent quality of deliverables within gyro North America
  • Create prototypes using Axure, Sketch/Invision, and HTML/CSS/JS to communicate ideas, document key user interactions, and facilitate the design to development handoff process through robust interaction documentation and examples
  • Deliver client presentations on Information Architecture, UX strategy, UI design
  • Execute enterprise-level projects on Adobe AEM, Kentico, WordPress, Drupal, react.js, vue.js, with budgets of up to 900k
  • Develop ad-hoc microsites using WordPress & HTML/CSS/JS; created rapid prototypes using HTML/CSS/JS for new business pitches
  • Participated in several pitches for the re-design of Fortune 500 company dot-coms, with budgets ranging between 500k – 1.5M
